These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the tableplus platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers. By using tableplus, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use tableplus. This is a mandatory requirement under the PAGCOR licensing framework. Providing false age information is a serious violation that will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one tableplus account. Duplicate accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — are prohibited and will be closed upon detection. Balances from duplicate accounts may be voided.
All bonuses and promotional credits at tableplus are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Requirements vary by promotion and are stated explicitly in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until wagering conditions are met in full.
All transactions at tableplus are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other listed methods. Minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200.
Fraud, collusion, money laundering, use of automated betting software, exploiting software bugs, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited. tableplus reserves the right to void winnings and close accounts where prohibited activity is detected, with or without prior notice.
tableplus provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, and self-exclusion tools to all account holders. Players experiencing problem gambling are encouraged to use these tools and to contact PAGCOR's responsible gaming resources for confidential support.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2.1 By accessing the tableplus website, creating an account, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and tableplus with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.
2.3 tableplus reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms take effect upon publication to tableplus.one/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform after publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
2.4 If you do not accept any change to these Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting tableplus support.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and participate in Real Money Play at tableplus. This requirement is mandated by the PAGCOR licensing framework and Philippine law. tableplus enforces this requirement without exception.
3.2 Philippine Residency. The tableplus platform is operated and marketed for the Philippine market. By registering, you confirm that you are a resident of the Philippines or are otherwise legally permitted to participate in online gaming under applicable Philippine law.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false information — particularly regarding age or identity — is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on tableplus. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal information — is prohibited. tableplus uses identity verification procedures to detect and close duplicate accounts. Winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be voided.
3.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account at tableplus:
3.6 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, tableplus requires completion of identity verification (KYC) by submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document and a selfie as directed. Accepted documents include the PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine Passport, LTO Driver's Licence, SSS/GSIS ID, and PRC Professional ID. tableplus may request additional documentation at its discretion.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tableplus login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. tableplus will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.2 Notification of Breach. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify tableplus immediately via the official live chat or email support channel. tableplus will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account pending investigation.
4.3 Account Dormancy. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. tableplus may apply a dormancy administration fee of ₱50 per month to dormant accounts with a positive balance, following written notice to the registered email address. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by contacting support.
4.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your tableplus account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing timelines.
5.1 Deposits. tableplus accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Payments page, which include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ₱100. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
5.2 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (c) compliance with these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. tableplus targets processing GCash and Maya withdrawals within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals typically process within 1–3 business hours. tableplus does not charge withdrawal fees on standard e-wallet withdrawals.
5.3 Currency. All accounts, transactions, and game displays at tableplus are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). tableplus does not accept deposits in foreign currency. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the Player and their payment provider.
5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. tableplus is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR AML requirements. tableplus may request proof of source of funds for deposits above threshold amounts. Withdrawal of deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to review. tableplus reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
5.5 Failed Transactions. tableplus is not responsible for delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal transactions caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times, network issues, or factors outside our control. In such cases, the Player should contact both tableplus support and their payment provider.
6.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers at tableplus are available to registered Players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in the applicable promotion terms. tableplus reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected abuse.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered at least the stated multiple (e.g., 20x, 30x) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
6.3 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins that have not been used within the stated validity period (typically 7 or 14 days from crediting, as specified per promotion) will expire and be removed from the Player's account automatically. tableplus is not obligated to provide notice before bonus expiry.
6.4 Abuse Prevention. tableplus reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to receive the same welcome offer; systematically betting on opposing outcomes to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; or otherwise exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
6.5 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonuses. Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated by a bonus is capped at a multiple of the original bonus value. Specific caps are stated per promotion.
7.1 Game Integrity. All games offered on tableplus — whether RNG-based slot and table games or live dealer games streamed from third-party studios — are operated to the rules and standards certified by the relevant game provider and consistent with PAGCOR requirements. RNG-based game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation and cannot be predicted or influenced by the Player.
7.2 Malfunction Voids All Pays. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure that affects a game round, all bets and payouts for the affected round are void. tableplus will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the platform to normal operation and investigate the malfunction. Bets placed during a confirmed malfunction period will be refunded to Player accounts.
7.3 Disputed Results. If a Player disputes the outcome of any game, the dispute must be raised with tableplus support within 72 hours of the relevant game round. Disputes must be supported by specific game round identifiers where possible. tableplus will investigate and provide a formal response within a reasonable timeframe. The outcome records maintained by tableplus and its game providers constitute the authoritative record of game results.
7.4 Responsible Gambling During Play. Players are responsible for managing their own play within their means. tableplus provides session time display, balance history, and in-session spending reminders. Players are encouraged to use these tools and to set account-level limits through Account Settings.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tableplus platform:
9.1 All content on the tableplus platform — including but not limited to the tableplus brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text content, and software — is the intellectual property of tableplus or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tableplus platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any tableplus content.
9.3 Scraping, data mining, framing, or deep-linking to tableplus content without express written authorisation is prohibited.
10.1 The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by tableplus is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at tableplus.one/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
10.2 By registering a tableplus account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and communications purposes.
10.3 tableplus complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Players may exercise their rights under this Act — including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data — by contacting tableplus support.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tableplus shall not be liable to any Player for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the platform; or (c) any claim based on your reliance on information provided on the platform.
11.2 tableplus does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. tableplus will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
11.3 Gambling carries inherent financial risk. tableplus does not guarantee any particular outcome from any wager. Participation in games of chance is at the Player's sole risk. Past results do not indicate or guarantee future outcomes.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.
12.1 tableplus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) the account is subject to a fraud investigation; (c) required by applicable law or PAGCOR directive; (d) the Player has self-excluded; or (e) the account poses an unacceptable regulatory or commercial risk to the Company.
12.2 Where an account is closed due to confirmed breach of these Terms, tableplus reserves the right to void any outstanding bonus funds and, where applicable, any winnings obtained through the breach. Real-money balances not associated with fraudulent activity will be returned through standard withdrawal processing.
12.3 A Player may appeal an account suspension by contacting tableplus support with relevant documentation. tableplus will investigate appeals and respond within a reasonable timeframe. PAGCOR dispute resolution mechanisms remain available to Players where internal resolution is unsatisfactory.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), and Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through tableplus's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or where applicable, the dispute resolution mechanisms administered by PAGCOR.
13.3 tableplus is committed to engaging with PAGCOR's regulatory oversight and compliance requirements at all times. Players with unresolved complaints may escalate to PAGCOR through its official channels.
14.1 tableplus may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the tableplus.one/terms-conditions page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the registered address or via an in-platform notification on next login.
14.2 If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and notify tableplus to close your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
