At tableplus, the privacy and security of your personal information is a core responsibility — not a checkbox. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, who we may share it with, and the rights you hold as a registered player in the Philippines.
Six core principles that govern how tableplus handles your personal information. The full legal text in the sections below prevails in all cases.
tableplus collects your personal data solely for clearly defined, legitimate purposes — account registration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. We do not collect data beyond what these purposes require.
tableplus does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to external advertisers, data brokers, or commercial third parties. Your data is shared only where required for the platform to function — payment processors, KYC services, game providers — or where mandated by Philippine law.
All personal data stored and transmitted through the tableplus platform is protected using TLS encryption, access controls, and secure storage practices. Access to personally identifiable information is restricted to authorised tableplus personnel and contractors who require it for their role.
As a Philippine resident and tableplus account holder, you have rights under Republic Act No. 10173 — including the right to access your data, correct inaccuracies, object to certain uses, and request deletion. tableplus has a defined process for handling all such requests promptly and fairly.
tableplus retains your personal data only for as long as required to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, or as required by applicable Philippine law. Account data is retained for a minimum of 5 years post-closure in compliance with AML regulatory requirements. Unnecessary data is deleted or anonymised.
In the event of a personal data breach that poses risk to your rights and freedoms, tableplus will notify affected players and the National Privacy Commission within the timeframes required by the Data Privacy Act of 2012. We do not conceal or delay breach disclosures.
